Orcla (Japanese: オルラ Orura) is the Water starter for the region. It is based off of the Orca, also called the Killer Whale. Orcla is the Orca Pokemon with a Pokedex number of 007. It is a pure water type and has a 50% of being either gender. It evolves into Orclea at level 14. It is 2 feet 3 inches in height and weighs 66 pounds. Its abilities are Torrrent and Water Absirb. It has a 2x weakness to Electic and Grass. Its egg groups are Field and Water II. Possible moves are Water Gun, Rain Dance, Rollout, Rock Tomb, Surf, Whirlpool, and Aurora Beam.

Orcla often swim in pods that never split up. If an Orcla finds itself away from it's pod, it will whine at a volume that only others of it's kind can hear until another pod comes along.
